Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check & Approval
Once your request is submitted, our team will review it within 24-48 hours to ensure the items are in original, unworn condition with all tags intact.
Reverse Pickup
After approval, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address; please ensure the garment is securely packed in its original packaging.
Refund or Replacement
Upon receiving the product at our Jaipur warehouse and passing inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchanged size within 5-7 business days.
